FAQs
Are the structures insulated?
Yes. We use a hybrid of materials, but predominately a structural timber frame, manufactured within our factory and built up with two layers of insulation and other general building components. The bases are made up of an adjustable structural engineered pile system that supports pre-assembled joist cassettes. These are then overlaid with Kingspan insulation, and finally, Egger Protect Flooring sheets.
Do all structures have to be the same design?
Not at all. We can design, manufacture and install multiple units of various sizes and shapes. Our design experts will help you plan the best use of your available space and ensure that you have the right layouts for your needs and those of your guests.
Are they temporary structures?
No. Our modular buildings are built to last and come with lifetime structural guarantees, so they are a long-term business investment. Of course, if you did need to remove any of the buildings, it would be much easier than with traditional bricks and mortar construction. But if you are looking for something short-term rental, it’s probably better to consider an alternative.
