Do I need planning permission?
Planning permission will depend on where you are building and the size of the space. But don’t panic. Our expert design team help with all planning permission applications, ensuring you get the space you need with as little headache as possible.
How long will you be on site?
We pre-fabricate most of your construction in our workshop, which keeps on-site build times to an absolute minimum. The size of your structure will determine how long we’re on-site, but many of our buildings can be erected within 10 days.
And because we are meticulous in our planning and most of the build takes place offsite using precision technology, there’s no risk of weather delays or other unexpected site issues.
How flexible are the design options?
Extremely flexible. We can build to any size or shape, with a range of external and internal finishes. You can also add optional extras such as decking, roof terraces, outdoor lighting, and much, much more. Plus, we use 3D modelling so you can visualise your design and see exactly what it will look like before we start the build.
